How do I buy an item?

Browse our collections and add items to your shopping basket and follow the prompts at checkout. 

 

Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes, we'd love to hear from you. The number to  Whatsapp is 010-9448660.

 

Method of payment?

We now use Billplz as our payment gateway so that you can shop at our online store hassle and worry free. 

 

Is my personal information kept private?

Yes! We do not disclose your information to other parties except for fulfilling your orders (name, address, email, etc). We will only provide this information which the courier company need to carry out their services.

 

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we only do delivery in Malaysia only.

  

When will my order be delivered and can I track my order?

Do afford us 5-7 days for order processing, packaging, and postage. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number for your parcel when we are about to dispatch your order.

Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays. Orders are shipped by POSLaju Malaysia. You can visit www.poslaju.com.my for more details on shipping informations. 

 

How do I return goods to you?

Goods sold are not returnable/exchange unless you received an incorrect item(s) or any factory defected item(s) such as faulty zip, obvious stains, otherwise it will not be accepted for return. You can return the item within 3 days of receiving it. Goods must be return in its original packaging, with their labels still attached and in a saleable condition.
